In 2023, While on a business trip, founder Luay Fandi had his first taste of acai, it was in that very moment that acai in some way shape or form would be his next passion project. He also knew he never tasted anything like it in Adelaide South Australia. He could use his passion in bringing people together, to gather at a place like docee where they can create joyful and wholesome moments whilst having a healthy balance between wellness and indulgence. March 2025, Docee, Luay's visions had come to life.
